Zero blood alcohol content law applies means that novice drivers can’t have any alcohol in their blood. If caught with a blood alcohol over zero your driver’s license will be suspended on spot for 24 hours, and if convicted your driver’s license will be suspended again for a minimum of 30 days and you will receive a fine which can range from $60-$500. Your license may also be cancelled and you would have to retake all driving tests.
